The DJ you book is the DJ you will get (no inexperienced beginner or 'bedroom' DJ)
 
Can I see you at another party before booking you?
All our equipment is regularly inspected for safety & operation, however it is always possible things can break down.
We carry spare amplifiers, mixer, c.d.players, cables etc. so if something does go wrong  it can be replaced within a few minutes so your party can carry on.
 
 
 
 
 
Can you supply the venue with proof of public liability insurance, PAT testing, PRODUB licence?
Yes, we always carry copies of public liability & PAT testing certificates so they can be inspected when we arrive at your party.
We could also send copies of PAT & PLI to your venue before the date of your party.
Our public liability insurance cover is for £1.25 million
All our equipment is PAT tested annually by our own qualified inspector.
We currently use only CDs so a PRODUB licence is not required
How much notice do I need to book you?
We are currently taking bookings up to the end of 2010. You can check availability here
We sometimes have cancellations so are available at short notice but it is best to book as soon as you have a venue arranged.
Remember June to August are very busy for weddings & December is a busy time for Xmas parties. 
Will you play the music we want & do you play requests?
We are happy to take a list of special requests you would like played at your party. It is advisable to send a list at least a week in advance to allow us time to source any obscure or unusual tracks we may not carry.
We do carry a large selection of all types of music to play requests from your guests on the night.

What happens if your equipment breaks down?
 
What happens if you are unable to perform e.g. illness?
If we cannot perform at you party, we have a number of other DJs we can call on as a back-up
(we have never had to do this). We will let you know as soon as possible that we have had to supply
a different DJ & we will pay the difference if back-up DJ charges more than our quote.

Will you confirm my booking in writing?
Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation with all necessary details, e.g. date, venue address, times, any deposit paid & balance to pay. This will also include your contact details, & how you can contact us. 
 
We highly recommend this. It is very difficult to see how good (or bad) a DJ is just by looking at some pictures in a brochure or on a website. We believe it is better to see them 'live' so you can hear the sound quality & see the lights (and the DJ) in action.
We can usually arrange with a customer for you to see us at their party before you make a decision to book, however this is not always possible if you book at short notice.
 
No, we don't currently offer a karaoke service, but we can recommend other companies who do.
We would be happy to pass on their number to you so you can deal with them direct.
We do not charge a commission/introduction fee for this.

Do you do children's parties?
We don't usually do parties for under 12s as we feel a specialist children's entertainer is more suitable.
If you want a normal disco with NO PARTY GAMES but want the latest music with sound & lighting far superior to the average children's entertainer's, we will consider playing for under 12s. Remember we do special rates for Sunday parties. We CAN recommend more specialist kids discos. We don't charge a commission/introduction fee for this, we will simply pass on their number to you.
